Finding Your Perfect Match

How do I find a foundation match?

Choosing the right foundation begins by identifying your color family first. Our mineral foundations are organized by undertone and depth to make this process easier.

I don’t see a shade that seems to suit me. Will you be adding more colors?

Thank you for asking. Our current foundation shades were originally developed with olive and yellow undertones in mind, as these undertones are often harder to find in many foundation ranges.

As our brand grows, we do plan to expand the shade range, including deeper tones and additional undertones. Because creating truly natural-looking shades requires testing on real skin, we prefer to develop new shades thoughtfully rather than guessing in a lab.

If you don’t see a shade that suits you, we would genuinely value your help. Customers are welcome to Contact Us to participate as shade testers so we can develop shades that reflect real complexions more accurately.

Your feedback helps us create natural-looking colors that truly work on the skin.

Are your swatch photographs accurate?

We carefully adjust our photographs to represent the colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, monitor settings, or lighting conditions.

If you are unsure about a shade, we recommend purchasing an inexpensive $1.50 sample before committing to a full size.

Should I try a sample first?

Samples are a great way to test colors before purchasing a full-size product. We offer $1.50 samples for all of our powder products, including foundations, blushes, and eyeshadows. We offer a mini-lip balm tube as an effective sampler for our Lip Balm for $2.00.

Samples are currently packaged in small baggie samples and will transition to 3-gram jars in the future.

Trying samples first allows you to test shades, formulas, and finishes to ensure the perfect match for your skin.

Products & Ingredients

Can I use your products anywhere on my face or body?

our products are formulated and labeled for specific uses (Eyes, lips, face, etc.). using each product directed on its label. Use outside of those guidelines is at your own discretion.

*More specifically, be aware that many of the eyeshadows and our Peace foundation are not lip safe due to the ultramarines and green chromium oxide.

What ingredients do you use in your products?

Each product contains a slightly different blend of minerals, so the full ingredient list is provided within the description of each product page.

For your peace of mind, our makeup is formulated without the following ingredients:

• Bismuth Oxychloride

• Talc

• Artificial dyes

• Ferric ferrocyanide

• Cornstarch

• Micronized ingredients

All Adorned with Grace makeup products are vegan and gluten-free.

What is the shelf life of mineral makeup?

Pure mineral powders have a very long shelf life because they do not contain water or oils that easily support bacterial growth.

When stored properly in a cool, dry environment, mineral makeup can remain stable for an extended period of time.

However, if the product becomes contaminated with moisture or liquid, its shelf life may be compromised.

For optimal freshness, we recommend replacing products every 2–3 years, especially if they have been exposed to humidity or moisture.

When applying minerals with a damp sponge or when foiling pigments, it is best to use a separate mixing palette rather than dipping a wet applicator directly into the jar.

Brushes & Tools

Are your brushes cruelty-free?

Yes. All of our brushes are verified cruelty-free by the manufacturers who supply them.

Our Premium Brush Line is made with 100% vegan synthetic fibers and assembled in the United States (with the exception of the Premium Kabuki and Mini Dual-Ended Eyeshadow Brush, which are manufactured in China).

Our Ingenue Brush Line has also been verified cruelty-free by the manufacturers we sourced them from.

Orders & Processing

What is your current turnaround time (TAT)?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

Shipping transit times begin after shipment, not at the time the order is placed.

U.S. Orders

Typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment via USPS.

International Orders

Transit times vary depending on destination and customs processing and may take several weeks.

What if I make a mistake on my order?

If you notice an error in your order, please Contact Us immediately. We will do our best to correct it before your order is processed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes are not guaranteed. If you need to make a change, please contact us and we will do our best to assist before your order ships. Use the Contact Us page on our website or email us at adornedwithgrace@gmail.com.

When is my order charged?

Orders are charged at the time of purchase. Once your order is placed, it enters queue right away.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as payment options available at checkout, including PayPal and Venmo where supported.

International customers must use a payment method that supports international transactions.

We do not accept wire transfers, money orders, or personal checks.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to many countries worldwide.

Shipping options and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order weight and destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

United States
Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Canada
Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

International (outside U.S. & Canada)
Free shipping on orders over $150.

Orders below these thresholds will have shipping calculated at checkout.

International orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and availability.

Please note that we are unable to mark packages as “gift” on customs forms.

What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If your tracking shows delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact us within five days so we can assist you in locating it.

Returns & Policies

What is your return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and beauty tools, the following policies apply:

• Samples are final sale

• Brushes are final sale unless defective

• Opened or used makeup products are not eligible for return

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Photo documentation may be required.
