Thank you for shopping with Adorned with Grace. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive tracking confirmation once your order has shipped. Delivery time estimates begin after shipment, not at the time of purchase.

U.S. Shipping

 

Orders ship primarily via USPS.

Transit time is typically 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier performance.

We offer:

  • Calculated shipping rates based on order weight
  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.

Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination.

  • Free shipping to Canada on orders over $100
  • Free international shipping (outside the U.S. & Canada) on orders over $150
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for customs delays

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately if the order has not shipped.
  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
  • Returned packages due to address error will require additional shipping payment for reshipment.

Lost or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Contact the carrier directly.
  • Verify the shipping address and check with neighbors.

We will assist with carrier claims when possible. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed unless the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit.

If a shipment is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund the order.

Order Changes

Orders may be modified or canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, holiday volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
