Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and beauty tools, all sales are subject to the terms below.

Samples — Final Sale

All samples are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Samples are offered specifically to test shades and formulas prior to purchasing full-size products.

 

Mineral Makeup (Full Size)

Opened or used makeup products are not eligible for return.

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Is defective
  • Was incorrect

Photo proof is required.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

 

Shade mismatch is not considered a defect. We strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing full-size products.

Brushes — Final Sale

All brushes are final sale.

Returns are not accepted for preference or dissatisfaction.

If a brush arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo documentation. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded.

Clearance & Limited Edition Items

All clearance and limited edition items are final sale.

 

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation of packaging and contents.

 

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after this timeframe.

 

International Orders

International orders are final sale.

 

We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or incorrect shade selection. If we make an error with your order, we will work with you to resolve it.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
