***All orders are processed between Monday through Friday afternoon; there will be no one available to answer emails and process orders Friday evenings and on weekends. Currently, please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed and allow another 4-8 days for delivery depending on mail volume, weather, or holidays.***
All U.S. & Canadian orders will be shipped FREE of charge via United States Postal Service. It is not a requirement, but we ask that you try to place an order for at least $2 as a courtesy since the shipping charge, PayPal fees, & packaging usually totals to MORE than $1 even for a $1 baggie sample. (We don't' make it s strict requirement at this time since it is not very often we get $1 orders and we know there are occasions you may truly only want to try one color.)
International Orders (with an exception of Canada who has the same free shipping charge as U.S. orders) have a minimal shipping charge (no more than $5). These are the current rates:
$15 or less: $1.50 USD
$15.01-$35.00: $2.50 USD
$35.01-$55.00: $3.50 USD
$55.01-$100.00 or more: $4.50 USD
***All orders $100.01 or more will be charged $5.25
It will be your responsibility to choose the correct shipping amount at checkout. If you choose the incorrect shipping charge, we will email you before processing your order especially if it is less than the amount it is supposed to be. We may have to refund your entire order and then have you resend the payment as we are charged (by PayPal) thirty cents for each Credit Card/PayPal transaction instead of having you send the difference.

All U.S. orders will have tracking numbers that should be automatically emailed to you from PayPal as your order is being processed. However, if you have a sample order less than $5, your order will not have tracking as we ship those in a regular envelope/notecard.
For all international orders, including Canada, there will be no tracking available unless you are willing to pay for the Global Priority rate which is usually over $20 USD.
*PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT EMAIL US if you have not received your order after less than 5-6 weeks from the date of your Shipping Notification. Due to the changeable nature of International shipping, it can take as long as 6-8 weeks before your order gets to you especially in countries that we are new to shipping to. Yes, some companies may have somehow gotten orders faster, and you may have even ordered from us before and had quicker shipping time, but each shipment is different and depending on the traffic of both the United States Postal Service and your own country's Postal Service. Please demonstrate patience as it has been our experience that orders that take a while usually get their within six weeks at least.
Please note that we are not responsible for ANY customs duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. Those fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will also NOT adjust the Customs Form to decrease any customs fee due (i.e. marking item as "Gift", decreasing the value of the products, etc.). You can make more than one order below your country's price limitations (i.e. Philippines, less than $50) but you will have to pay the shipping charge for each order since it will cost more to ship two separate packages versus one large package. (There is a CONSIDERABLE difference in price in some cases!)
Make sure you type in the CORRECT ADDRESS! We are NOT responsible for charges or lost items if you have typed in the wrong address. Also, any USA/Canadian/International Order that has a different "Shipping Address" vs. the "Billing Address" will be cancelled immediately. This is due to past customers who have defrauded our company. The only exception is if you have ordered from us before using the Billing Address and/or are an established Customer.
Because we provide Free Shipping to U.S./Canada & very inexpensive shipping to International Countries, please understand that we lose money when we have to reship and it is not fair for our company to burden the extra cost when the correct address is not provided.**If you have not received your order within six weeks, please let us know ASAP. We will email you our Policies regarding the steps we need to take to fix the issue. If you do not let us know within exactly 60 days of the date of your order, we can only give you Store Credit or reissue a reship ONE TIME. Again, email us for details regarding our policies.

VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ!!!
Due to the nature of minerals and to ensure safety and hygiene of the cosmetics and brushes/accessories, no returns are allowed on brushes/other accessories or cosmetics. Because returns are NOT accepted, please take advantage of our sample sizes of product to decide on a color before committing to a full-size.
By purchasing products from this site, you are agreeing to take a risk on buying any of our cosmetics & brushes/accessories without the benefit of handling the item.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your order is incorrect or damaged so we may take care of the issue. Make sure to save the damaged goods as well as the packaging that we may request for you to mail back to us (we'll pay for postage) as proof to our carrier so that we may be reimbursed should it be their fault.
